The second BayBatt retreat took place this year on July 22 and 23 in the beautiful town of Bad Alexandersbad. Our PhD students Annika and Runxin represented the Chair of Operando-Analytics for Electrochemical Energy Storage.
During the poster session, they presented their current research and participated in various networking events for PhD students.

In addition to the BayBatt members further developing the research center’s strategic direction, postdocs and PhD students were able to exchange ideas on various topics relevant to early-career researchers. Particular attention was paid, among other things, to the early stages of a career and the work-life balance in research and industry.
